PUB MED - This website is the best place on the web to do medical research and its free of charge.  Pub Med is the National Library of Medicine's search service that provides access to over 10 million citations in MEDLINE, PreMEDLINE, and other related databases, with links to participating online journals.  DUI defendants often have medical conditions that help to explain away their poor performances on the field sobriety tests.  Use this website to search for articles from medical and scientific journals that will provide factual information to use in your defense.  Type in applicable search terms, press enter, and then print out summaries of useful articles.  Go to the Hawaii Medical Library (its open to the public) to get copies of the articles.  Call Mr. Mac Master to discuss the fruits of your labor and to keep him on top of the most recent scientific aspects in the defense of DUI cases.

HAWAI`I APPELLATE COURT OPINIONS AND ORDERS - This site includes the full text of the "slip opinions" of the Hawai`i Supreme Court and the Hawai`i Intermediate Court of Appeals (ICA). It also lists cases disposed of by memorandum (unpublished) opinions and summary disposition orders.  Stay on top of all of the most recent Hawaii case law pertaining to DUI.  Call Mr. Mac Master if you have questions about anything you read in one of these opinions.

HAWAI`I STATE BAR ASSOCIATION - This site contains Hawai'i Supreme Court, and Hawai'i Intermediate Court of Appeals decisions, from 1989 forward. This information may be accessed using the alphabetical or subject links, or via a search engine.  This has older cases, but not the most recent ones.  Use the Hawai'i Appellate Court Opinions And Orders link for recent cases, and this link for older ones.  Call Mr. Mac Master if you have questions about anything you read in one of these opinions.

FINDLAW.COM - This site is a good place to find links to other law related websites.  You can sign up at this website to receive free e-mailed case summaries of the latest U.S. Supreme Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and California Supreme Court opinions.  Call Mr. Mac Master if you have questions about anything you read in one of these opinions.
